Bio

I am an artist in search of the perfect medium. I have making art for years and have dabbled in many types of art but have decided that I am most interested in fiber arts. I love to take wool, silk or cotton fibers and dye them then make them into a piece of artwork. I do lots of scarves, shawls and wall hangings but I am starting to do fabric alterations to make new clothing out of old.
I have worked at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Ga for 27 years and will only work there for 5 more years if my plans work out.
Currently I teach felting classes and I take any fiber classes that I can find in the SouthEast. Never enough time to do it all!
